Cant subscribe to basic after free trial?

My free 30 day trial has just ended and I would like to subsribe to the £XXXX basic plan,when I log in to my account and click the plan I want it just says "looks like your new" and wont let me subscribe,any idea why please?

Hi @user_34b45c. I would ensure that you are logging into Ring.com with the same email that your camera is setup under. Once you've done that, you'll be able to manage your Ring Protect Plan. You can verify your email in the Ring app under the Account Settings menu. I hope this helps.
