The AI chat assistant is frustrating as can be. I just want to be able to email support at Ring.

I just had an incredibly frustrating "conversation" with the AI chasing up a Canadaian warranty claim that has been going on for 6 years now.
I just want to email somebody at Ring. I can't use the phone, so it has to be email or a letter.
Why is this so insanely hard?
