I'm a new Ring user. I purchased the Ring Multi Plan for my Ring Alarm. The website says that Ring Multi includes Alarm Calls (See link below). However, when I went into the Settings and tapped "Monitoring", it did NOT show Alarm Calls, only "Flood and Freeze Alerts". Did something change? Do I have to get the Pro Plan to get Alarm Calls ?
