Mine is also not recognised. Has anyone got theirs working? Or is the server still naffing things up

My alarm base station is shown as ‘unknown’ in red in the app. The sensors are working (sounds from the mention sensors & the contact censors when door/windows open) the keypad lights up when I pass it. LED lights are green, I did a network setup anyway. LED lights still green, circle in centre is blue. It does say there’s an issue with the app due to the outage so I wonder if that’s why the base station won’t connect in app? I did a pinhole reset but still showing as ‘unknown’ on the Base Station/alarm tile. 🤷🏻 I think it could be app related if a few of us are experiencing the same issue. The CS line was affected when I called (also how I found out there’s an outage!) you can subscribe to get updates on the outage page. (status.ring.com) Had anyone’s base come back on yet?

We experienced multiple system outages on October 20 from 10:00 UTC to 22:27 UTC. These issues are now resolved, and services have been restored. You should see normal performance in the Ring app now. If you're still experiencing any lingering issues, you can reach out to our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
