wifi connection
up until 2 weeks ago my ring door bell was working fine, then it suddenly dropped off the network and I can't reconnect.
At the same time my printer and bird box camera also dropped out, the only common denominator is they all use 2.4mega hertz.
I have managed to re-connect the other 2 items, but the ring door bell gets to 95% connection and then hangs then stops.
of all 3 this is the closest to the router and I have re-booted the router, changed the battery and everything I have been told.
Is anyone one else had this issue, I am on Virgin wifi.

If you have tried those steps, and you're still getting stuck in reconnecting your doorbell, try resetting the doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
