I am looking to view the playback history on my ring doorbell camera, so from the dashboard i went to event history and click on the selected date (within the stated 180 day history) for instance 31/07/24. when i click filter results i just get "no event found" for any of these days, am i doing something wrong or is there another way to view this history? Thanks

Hi @user_7de3db. Were you subscribed to a Ring subscription at that time? If so, did you have your video storage time set to 180 days? The default is not 180 days, so you would need to manually change it to that time. Subscribing to a plan or changing the storage time does not apply retroactively, it would only apply to events moving forward.
