Question

I thought my device stored videos for 180 days but it's only 30 and I desperately need to see a video from the 10th July 2025. Surely there must be a way I can do this. Plus when i go to change the length now, even though it's too late, it won't let me. I'm in the UK.

Hi @user_b9b52e. The default video storage time in the UK is 30 days. Once a video has been deleted, either manually or due to the storage time ending, it cannot be recovered. There are no backups stored for your privacy. If there's a particular video you wish to keep past the storage time, I always recommend downloading it to your phone or computer.
