Video doorbell 2nd gen not charging

My video doorbell 2nd gen is not charging fast or holding charge so I have been looking at the quick release battery pack but unsure if the two products are compatible
i have the doorbell at a second property and took it home to charge but even though it was plugged in overnight it did not charge at all when I took it back to its usual location

Hi, unfortunately this didn’t work :( the doorbell is less than a year old
Would the plug in adapter be compatible with this model of doorbell?

Hi @uaer_d3771a. The Video Doorbell Gen 2 has an internal battery and does not use the Quick Release Battery Packs. If it is not charging, try resetting the device. To reset, press and hold the Setup Button for 20 seconds, then release it. Let me know if this helps!
