I’ve had this Video Doorbell 2 since 2018 - been under the old Ring “more than 2 devices” plan (with protection I guess, but it’s an old model.)  I have three doorbells and probably seven cameras.  Recently, this doorbell in particular has decided to have its lens start flaking off.  I have it dismounted until I can figure out what to do.  

Has this happened to anyone else, and what if anything is the repair for this?  Do they make a new lens cover for it? Or does the warranty still apply to these discontinued models?  I can’t stand this AI chat support - I just wish there were a tech support email I could send a note to.
