Transfer of existing Ring Solo Plan to new device

I have an active Ring Solo subscription paid until April 2017. I have deactivated my old Ring Gen 3 battery doorbell and installed a new Ring 4K Pro device. I want to transfer the existing subscription to the new device rather than purchase another subscription. Can someone please help with the process to do this? Thanks !

Hi @user_b18ebf. You will need to cancel your subscription, after which you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your plan. You may then subscribe to a new plan for your new device.
