Ring doorbell not working at all

My ring door bell is completely offline, both batteries are fully charged. Nothing wrong with the internet, there is no light coming up on the doorbell, tried pressing the factory reset button numerous times! Something must be wrong.. please help!

Hi @user_5cfe70. Ensure the battery is fully charged by checking if only a green LED is lit when you plug it into a standard power outlet with the provided charging cable. If you see an orange and green LED, this indicates the battery is not fully charged.
After putting the battery back in the Ring doorbell, reset it by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, attempt to walk through a new setup in the Ring app using steps under Set Up a Device. If the doorbell is still unresponsive, please follow up with our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
