We have had our ring doorbell for 12 months and I have just renewed my subscription.
The doorbell went flat and has been on charge for 48 hours and will not charge
We have reset it, tried multiple charges and nothing

Hi @user_568d41. What specific model doorbell is this? How old is the doorbell? Have you tried using a different charging cable or outlet?
