Ring Doorbell device goes offline immediately after connected

My Ring Doorbell device (battery version) goes offline (disconnects from wifi) immediately after I have set it up and ensured that it is connected. I have connected the device to my wifi and able to see myself on the ring app. but once it finish loading, it goes offline. This problem happens after the device was updated. I have tried troubleshooting and reconnecting for more than 10 times but it is still the same. What can I do to fix this?
