Hi Guys,
just got my ring wired doorbell installed by a electrician.
after pressing the bell it keeps spinning blue for over a minute before you can do a second press.
I have done a factory reset/reinstall but still problem persists. Does anyone know any solutions? Or do i have a defective bell?
All help very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi @user_lnq9wy. Yes, this is intended behavior. After you press the doorbell button, your Ring doorbell beings recording that event. Pressing the doorbell button again will not trigger a new event until the first press has finished recording. You can reference information on doorbell light patterns here.
