I have been through all of the troubleshooting steps, which have not resolved the issue of no sound when using and watching recordings on my ring battery doorbell, which is less than a year old. Could you please advise on the next steps?

Hi @user_a2b7c7. Make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app installed, and turn the volume up on your phone when watching recordings or activating the Live View. When you open the Live View, you can tap the speaker icon to hear audio from your doorbell. You can also perform a reboot from the Device Health page to resolve common audio issues.
