Not getting certain notifications

Question

I get certain notifications with a delay but when I come to my door to open it I don't get any motion detection or notifications can anyone help all my motion settings are at max

Hi @user_9e7c73. Which type of notifications are delayed - motions, rings, or both? Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have, and what is the last reported signal strength? You can find the device name and the RSSI on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Motion settings can differ between doorbell models, so knowing which one you have will help me better troubleshoot this with you.
