No recording after dusk

I have the Battery video doorbell ,& every night as dusk sets in my video doorbell stops recording . The only time it had done this is for the 1st few weeks . I have a subscribe place & I have the chime pro insta but nothing . IV spoken to ring & there clearly not interested . Anyone else having the same issues

Hi @user_cfab4f. Your Ring doorbell will only record when motion is detected, someone rings the doorbell, or you activate Live View. Have you tried testing the motion detection after dark by walking in front of the door to trigger it? If you have, and motion is not being detected, can you please share a screenshot showing the camera's view at night? It's possible there is an obstruction negatively impacting motion detection.
