My door bell only has small part of the screen showing
Hi my bell only shows top part of the screen - it’s like there is a black curtain over the rest of it . I’ve tried resetting and looking to see if it’s anything on the settings . It’s like there is a shutter 3/4 shut over the screen. All I see is the sky ! So it’s working in the top part of the screen.

CHi @user_a40e36. It is likely a Privacy Zone, which you can remove by following the steps in this Help Center article.

Hi @user_e695f1. Do you have a Privacy Zone enabled? This feature allows you to put a black box in a set area of your Ring Doorbell's view, which is used in cases where your doorbell may face another person's front door. If you don't have a Privacy Zone enabled, @user63814 has some great suggestions to narrow down the cause of the issue. Feel free to also share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end.
