How to accept a sharing?
neighbors
shared-users

Hi,my boss sent me the email with the link to share the doorbell, but when I click on "manage", it opens up a page that states "no location found". What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help.

Hi @user_da5bea. I suggest following the steps mentioned in this Help Center article on how to accept a Shared User invite. https://ring.com/support/articles/clv68/adding-and-managing-shared-and-guest-users

Hi Justin, I have already tried but no joy. That's why I wrote here, hoping in some better help. She sent me already 3 email with the invitation, but when I click on "manage" in the email and the app open up on my mobile phone there is nothing to accept. How can I address this inconvenience please?

Hi @user_da5bea. Try deleting any Shared User emails that you may currently have. Also, delete any Shared User invitations that have already been sent. Once you ensure that you are working with a "clean slate", follow the steps in the link shared above. This will mitigate any issues that you may be encountering.

Hi @Writtle2008. If you haven't done so already, try accepting the Shared User invite on a computer instead of your phone. Log into Ring.com prior to accepting the invite. If this issue persists, you can follow up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
