Doorbell not recognising a fully charged battery

Hi

My ring doorbell 3rd generation, doesn’t recognise that a battery has been charged on the app. It still works with his normal functions, but on it’s device health it still show it has a low battery, I have tried it with a new battery and still it would show the device health as being low. I have changed the save battery functions but it still show on the device health as being low. Please can someone help with advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @user_099234. If everything else is working correctly, this sounds like it may be a visual bug. Try fully closing the Ring app, then reopening it and navigating to the Device Health page. From there, use the reboot option to reboot the Doorbell. If the battery percentage is still not updating, our support team can take a closer look.
