Hello - Hello - just a quick question - I was on the home basic plan plan which currently changed its name to Ring solo - apparently Ring solo features “doorbell calls” but when I want to turn on this functionality I get information (feature locked) that I need Ring Protect plan - the only choice of plans in currently Ring Solo/Ring Multi/ Ring AI Pro. I have already uninstalled the app / log out / logged in, ect... Thank you
