Compatibility with Existing Chime

Question

I have an existing mechanical chime and I want to ensure I buy the right Ring product without the need for a new Ring Chime. Will a standard Battery Video Doorbell support this, providing the chime is compatible?

Hi @user_e0c565. Most standard mechanical chimes are compatible with the Battery Doorbell. However, you can double-check if yours is compatible using this chart on this Help Center page.
