@Ring support. Despite you having a 'chat suplort' option on your app, it doesn't work 🙄.My 2nd Gen Ring won't charge properly. The other week it would only charge to 77% no matter how long it is left to charge. It began recording non stop despite zero motion. I then put on charge again but it won't go past 37% despite being charging for days now. Full blue circle flashes quickly, WiFi is fine, temperature is fine and dandy too, I've tried diffent socket, plug and wire.How do I fix it?

Hi @user_2cc1a6. If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest performing a reset on the device. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it.
