Just tried to power up my doorbell 4 after battery charge. No response. Tried re-installing to no avail. Checked battery green light lit after charging.
Hi @CJA. I've moved your post over to the Video Doorbell board. After inserting the fully charged battery, try resetting the doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to reconnect your doorbell to wifi. If the doorbell is still unresponsive after these steps, please follow up with our support team via phone, or @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
