Hello, "I am on the Ring Protect Pro plan. My two Ring cameras capture snapshots perfectly, but my Ring Doorbell shows a completely blank timeline.
This also happened on my previous doorbell, exact same model, before it was replaced under warranty as I could not sort it with the help from Support (changing network, adding and removing, factory reset etc) The new doorbell has an RSSI of 50, and has also been factory reset. What is going on? Two devices with the exact same problem, but my other cameras are fine?
