Alexa+ Greetings does not work on 4k 3rd Gen doorbell
Just setup the 3rd Generation ring doorbell pro 4k and the Alexa+ Greetings does not work. I have the setting enabled in the ring app and linked to the Alexa app. I have also, disconnected and reconnected the settings. This service clearly does not work and now support team is saying it will be discontinued 7/30/2026 even though it is still advertised.

I solved the issue by linking my Amazon prime account with ring. You have to have a Prime subscription to use Alexa+. Now Alexa+ works correctly.
