Wired Doorbell Pro - Failed in less than 2-years

Ring team:We purchased our Ring wired doorbell pro in 2023. $229. Yesterday, July 2, 2025 is stopped functioning. It has power but the function of the doorbell won't work no matter what. I called Ring support and they couldn't help to get it functioning again. It was out of warranty so our $229 investment didn't last even two years. This is really disappointing and a poor lifespan for such an expensive device. Is there anything you can do to help me get this replaced for a greatly reduced cost? Thanks.
