Wired doorbell came with no QR or code

I'm trying to set my doorbell up but there is no QR or five digit code anywhere on my device or any of its paperwork. I have some coming to install it in 4 hours and I'm panicking!!! Is there a way to resolve this? I have tried calling support and the number isn't recognised.

i have the same issue here! I've bought it on amazon. It is a refurbished Video wired Doorbell from Vietnam. How do i get the digit code or an QR Code?

Your [Doorbell Wired](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-wired) should have its QR code on the right side once the faceplate is removed, and it should also come on a slip of paper in your packaging. Same problem here and the bar code won’t scan. I was told by customer service to return it to home depot
