Why is it that after owning this product for over a year,  then suddenly it stops connecting to wifi...I go thru your support community two separate times,  get a chime pro, change all my router information,  and buy a second Ring doorbell....IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!!!  We are beyond tired of all this placing blame on different reasons. First saying it's our wifi carrier (proved that to be untrue),  then it was due to you saying our signal was weak, making us get a chime pro (once again,  untrue) then saying that it's my Ring doorbell,  saying I have to buy a new one... couldn't afford it, but did it anyway.   IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!    I'm ready to contact a lawyer cause you all know this to be a problem, but keep stringing us along making us buy more to try to get it to work.
