Video Doorbell Pro 2 damaged compatible chime NuTone BK115LWH-1

I installed Video Doorbell Pro 2. I have compatible chime BK115LWH-1 as listed in supported chime list. I changed my existing transformer c905 (16V,10VA) to Hampton Bay Branded Wired 16V/30VA Doorbell Transformer.
It worked all fine for one day. Next day I smelled something burning and opened Chime which was humming continuously. I see plastic piece on plunger has melted.
Have anybody face this issue? What should I do next?

- UHi @AD4 and @Caitlyn_Ring I have exactly same chime as you, but i only installed the pro2 power kit as in ring youtube video, also https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054675132-Installing-Your-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2. but chime did not work after the installation. i checked that BK115LWH-1 is compatible with pro2, could someone told me what is the possible reasons? thanks!•
