Dear Ring Support Team,

I am writing to formally request an update and resolution regarding a warranty claim filed on March 29th for the Ring Peephole Camera.

Despite my initial claim, I have not yet been issued a reference number or a formal status update. Upon following up via phone today, I was informed that the Peephole Camera has been discontinued and that Ring is currently searching for an "alternate" replacement.

While I understand product cycles change, this case has already been escalated twice with no tangible results or communication. My property remains without the intended security coverage while this claim sits in limbo.

Please provide a definitive status update and a timeline for the delivery of a replacement or an equivalent alternative immediately.
