Question

I cannot hear anything inside the house when I press the doorbell (Doorbell 3) and also I cannot connect my chime to my wifi. It flashes green, then blue, then red.

Hi @Samgonz. If your Chime is not connected to wifi, you're not going to be able to hear any notifications from it. I would recommend that your reset your Chime and try to [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to wifi. You can reset it by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing.
