What does solid white light on doorbell mean?

    Mine is white because i added the plug in.on a wireless 2020 model, but the last 2 days the white light turns off for a bit, then comes back on, intermittently. A diagnostic through the app says everythings good and even whrn the light is off it knows its hardwired. Why is ut doing this?
