I have a Ring Wired Doorbell Plus and in the photo it shows a Gasket between the Doorbell and the back plate. Is this missing? Just doesn’t seem right. 

Thought I would ask the Ring Community because Ring Support is Useless! Hate this New Ring Wired Doorbell Plus. The Ring Pro was a better doorbell. 

Hope someone can help. Without a Gasket it can let water in and it is loose on the backplate. Pure Junk! This here is coming from a 35+ year Electrical Contractor. Ring Needs to listen to the Experts not the so called Engineers. I could go on. Never received a call back from Corporate either.
