Hi @MPMagSun. That shouldn't be happening. If you're comfortable reviewing the wiring, check to ensure the Doorbell Elite is installed correctly. You can find the installation instructions for the Doorbell Elite [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003109743-Physically-Installing-the-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Elite). If the installation looks correct, try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After this reset is complete, set the Doorbell back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Test out the Live View or trigger an event and watch the recording in the Event History to see if the noise is still there.
