How can i contact by email ring ?? Chat is unresponsive???
My ring pro that i bought a 1 year and half ago is already broken!

- IThis seems to be a common problem. Unless you have the full pro subscription taken out when you got your doorbell Ring may not do very much as they cant just send you a replacement button - they would have to supply an entire new Doorbell..... If thats the case, do what i did and just replace the button yourself - plenty available on eBay. Here's a guide : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6BL2PEQK74•

- TI have the same issue. I called Ring customer support and was told I have to replace the doorbell! So I have to spend $300 for A $2 ITEM?????? REDICULOUS!!!!!•
