Hi Ring.  I need you to send me one of your remaining peephole cameras.  I had to fight tooth and nail to allow the owner of the apartment complex to allow me to drill a hole through his door so that I could have one.  now somebody has pulled the front part (the outside part) and the ribbon that connects the front part from the part that is behind the door has broken.  I called ring Support and it turns out you no longer have this camera. I cannot put another sort of camera on the outside of my door and now I have a hole in my door which is going to cause problems with the landlord. You seem to have some of these cameras still because you have warranties you must respect… But whoever made the decision to just stop selling these cameras forgot all the people you sold them to in good faith. There should be a way to allow us to access your remaining stock in cases such as mine, even if you are no longer selling to the general public.  I put trust in your company, now I feel that I’m being so short.  when I thought I was protecting myself from being robbed, I didn’t think that I had to do the same with the company selling me a product to supposedly prevent robbery.  what am I supposed to do now that I have a hole in the middle of my door??  thanks Ring!!
