Ring not ringing on my phone.
Hi. I have a new Samsung S24 and a Ring video doorbell 2nd Gen. My previous phone was a Samsung S9. The bell and motion sensor tones on my phone stopped working and now that I have a new model, the same thing is happening. All of the alerts on the Ring app are toggled on. The app setting on my phone is set to receive Ring audible notifications, and yet there is nothing audible (and no vibrate) from the doorbell or Motion detector. Is there something I'm missing?
