Ring Doorbell Camera 2024 not clicking into Mount
Hi, I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem, Got the Ring doorbell 2024 drilled the mount into the wall connected it the mount and it was fine, Used the orange hook to disconnect the doorbell from the mount to charge it now when I try and reconnect the doorbell to the mount it wont fully connect and I don't hear a click, has this ever happened to anyone else, Thanks,

Same thing is happening to me! It looks like a little piece inside the ring doorbell broke off

Hi @user_5dff6a. You should be able to slide the Ring Doorbell back onto the mount like you did when you first installed it. There are a few images showing how to install the Doorbell here https://ring.com/support/articles/9s4tp/installing-battery-doorbell.
