"Alexa, show the most recent event from [Ring Device Name]." and Alexa responds with " THE RECORDING HAS BEEN REMOVED"???? And Alexa doesn't play any clips?????? It used to show/play the last clip. I subscribe to the Basic Ring Plan. I see another post, same issue however the user is using an Echo Show and mine is an Echo Dot. I have tried removing the device and re-linking between Amazon. The previous videos still show in the Ring app. The Live View is still working through my Echo Dot. I have tried restarting the Echo Dot. The software is up to date on the Ring App and the Echo Dot.
