Ring Doorbell 2 not recording motion

Our Ring Doorbell 2 isn't recording anymore, it alerts to motion, but doesn't record anything.It's set for linked motion with a floodlight cam and that's working fine still.Motion alerts and doorbell still works ok re basic doorbell function.Ring floodlight cam has generally been ok, but the doorbell products seem hit and miss.No changes on the firewall, nothing being denied.
