Ring chime 2nd gen not working with Ring Video doorbell 2nd gen (wired)

i added a Rind Chimne 2nd gen to my exisitng system including a Ring wired video doorbell 2nd gen. The exisitn wired chime still works fine but my new Ring chime isn't working. The new chime on the same wifi as my exisitng Ring system. It appears that the devices are compatible.

Hi @user_5a8580. When you say the Ring Chime isn't working, can you be more specific? Have you selected the Chime in the Ring app and linked it to your doorbell? Check out this Help Center article below for assistance:
