Rich notifications (Android) not working since today

Rich notifications (Android) not working since today... Force stop, clear cache and app storage, restarted phone, disconnected/reconnected Ring (Ring 2).... Can see the notifications but NOT smart anymore (no snapshot). Anybody else? Was still working yesterday and app has been updated 5 days ago...

Yes mine is exactly the same, tried everything you've done but no joy also, doesn't always give the motion notifications aswell, same on the wife's phone, I've no idea what's wrong, I've give up

I’ve had the same issue on iOS, I contacted Ring and they are investigating. When I called they weren’t aware of an issue. But from a Twitter chat about an hour ago they are now.

Thanks for the post guys. Mine has been doing the same. Pretty frustrating to get a push notification with no preview pic

On one other point my rear floodlight camera light is working okay with the rich notifications. It just seems to be the doorbells affected!!
