No sound with app

My hardwired ring doorbell doesn't have any sound on the app but does with the web page. Yes I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app already.

- THi @DirtyMitch. What version of the Ring app are you using and what type of phone are you using it on? I would check and make sure that Ring has permissions enabled for your speakers/microphone. Also, check and make sure that your Bluetooth is off, as it might be connected to a device that is using audio. Let me know if this helps.•
