Hi @brunoschca. Ensure you have Ring and Motion Alerts toggled on in the Ring app for your Doorbell. Then check the app store and make sure your Ring app is fully updated, as well as try the troubleshooting steps listed [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211676423-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-Android-Devices). I too am having same issues, wife has android 13 works fine I'm on 14 no notifications at all, even when I log into her account.

I am having the same problem too. Ever since upgrade to Android 14 no more notifications.
I have tried to reinstall the app and have all of the settings correct but nothing.

Hi @user_c1f13d. This thread is a few years old now, and the latest version of Android is Android 15. Make sure your smartphone or tablet is updated to the latest version of Android available to you.
