Hello, I just installed a Wired Doorbell Pro 4k for a customer and it does not ring their mechanical chime. After some research it seems like this model does not support mechanical chimes, even though Ring's AI chatbot says it does. Does anyone know what the most recent wired doorbell is that will work with a mechanical chime?

For clarification, the Wired Doorbell 4K Pro is not compatible with existing doorbell chime kits, nor is it compatible with Pro Power Kits. When installing the Wired Doorbell 4K Pro, please make sure to use the included Chime Kit Mini. The Chime Kit Mini is a speaker that replaces your existing chime kit and plays a sound in your home when someone rings your doorbell.
