Help- Mechanical chime won't sound after transformer update

I just installed a Ring Video doorbell 2 and upgraded my doorbell transformer from 16V/10VA to 16V/30VA, However the original mechanical chime still won't sound.
The chime is NUTONE BK131LPB-1, listed in the compatibility list.
Any avise is appreicated! Thanks.
