Getting Ring to show up on amazon account

Question

Trying to see my video doorbell 3 in my amazon account.  The accounts are linked but I don’t see it when I go to amazon.  Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi @Gadams1967. Are you talking about Amazon.com or the Alexa app? Your Ring devices will be set up and managed in the Ring app. You can also have the Alexa app discover your Ring devices and download the Ring Skill to create [Routines](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031606811-Creating-a-Routine-with-Alexa-and-your-Ring-Device-) and use [voice commands](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031246432-Control-Your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-with-Alexa). This would not be done on Amazon.com or on the Amazon app. I hope this helps.
