Doorbell won't connect to wifi

My doorbell has been working for a few months. Now it has disconnected from my wifi, and for 2 days of trying, it will not recognize my wifi at all. It will recognize every other wifi within range. Very frustrating, I was thinking of trying a large hammer next.

- JHi neighbors. If your Doorbell is not reconnecting to your wifi, try the following steps: - Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. - Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds. - Try your setup using another phone or tablet. - If possible, bring the Doorbell into the same room as the router when doing the setup.
