Doorbell Video Pro reports low power level 3
My newly installed wired Doorbell Video Pro (Gen2) continually reports a low power level 3. What could be wrong? The unit appears to be working correctly. I have a in-house mechanical chime with a power kit v3 installed as per instructions. The doorbell rings the chime as desired. Based upon online advice I have checked the following: Rebooted the doorbell from the Ring app (cannot verify whether the unit accurately rebooted. The app did not report a status) Powered on and off at power source Hard reset the unit to factory settings and reinstalled the unit 16 volts is being outputted by the Ring transformer (used multimeter) 16 volts is being delivered at the camera contact points Continuity check show there were no shorts in the wiring

Hi @user_dd56f6. It may not be anything to worry about since the Doorbell Pro is working correctly. You ran through all the basic troubleshooting steps I would have suggested for this issue. When you have time, please reach out to our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram. They can take a closer look at this to determine if there is a problem.
